Michelle

Thirty-two years ago, I was twenty-four, Patty was twenty-two, Nathan wasn’t even a twinkle in my eye, and Michelle was about to enter the world.

Always a pretty girl with big brown eyes

An advanced child and early walker and talker

A high achiever, being valedictorian of her junior high and high school classes

Well-organized and focused (like her Daddy)

A natural teacher, taking on the brave new world of seventh grade English Literature

A power shopper and lover of shoes

A transplanted lover of all things Twin Cities, having gone to college there, she decided to stay

She chose a really good man to be her husband and became an excellent parent of the world’s most incredible five-year-old boy.

She is all of this and more packed into an adorable 4 foot, 10 inch frame.

Happy Birthday, Michelle!  Mom and I love you and are looking forward to meeting you in Missouri in a few days.
